from other farms. This is free.
If you are interested in selling
your farm’s alpacas internationally Jamie and Margot will do all the
legal paperwork, quarantine, testing, everything that is required.
Canadian sellers - all you have to
do is list your alpacas or llamas on Devine West Ranch’s site.

- Overseas buyers,
for as little as $2,000.00 Canadian
per animal we can ship your animal(s) to you.
This covers
all export costs but does not include the price of each animal.
Two thousand dollars per
animal includes costs for shipping, building of temporary pens,
export documents, quarantine,
veterinary
expenses
disease control and testing,
registration with CLRC
(Canadian
Livestock Records Corporation)
in buyers name. You will not incur any
further costs for export, other than that which is quoted to you.

The CLRC is a federal government regulated agency under the Minister
of Agriculture working under the animal pedigree act. It was originally
put in place to implement and protect purebred livestock registration in
Canada. Only one association is authorized to register through the CLRC
per distinct breed.
- The CLRC manages all the registrations of all purebred
livestock in Canada, including the issuance of certificates of
registration, transfers, identification, etc. The CLRC is known internationally for their professionalism,
attention to detail, and the strict standards and regulations
set out in the animal pedigree act bi-laws.

Overseas sales for animals purchased from this site will be managed
by Devine West Ranch
- The animals are quarantined as required (depending on the
importing countries requirements) at the Devine West Ranch.
Devine West Ranch is a CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) federally approved
quarantine facility.

- Animals are tested for diseases per all import and export permit
requirements (depending on where they are being shipped to).
- Devine West Ranch manages the total transaction for you from beginning to the
end. This means only one company to deal with to get the
purchase completed correctly, efficiently, and with only one
middle company working with each countries officials.
- All the Canadian paperwork required for
export will be completed for you.
