Chelsea and Pepper – Mother and daughter. Chelsea had excellent  fibre when she was young, and she does pass this along to her crias. Pepper is a good example of this, as Pepper won a second place ribbon at our Pacific Coast Alpaca Show a few years back. Also, Phantom (another of Chelsea’s crias)
won a third place ribbon

DESCRIPTION - Saffron, Nakita and Nicola – All three of these ladies were purchased by us in 2003 from an alpaca farm in Alberta. The girls are getting a little older, but do produce really nice crias. Nicola in particular has produced the best crias on our farm. She has some scarring on her nose that she’s had since we bought her, and this does not make her look particularly pretty, but it’s not a health issue.

Nakita has always produced female crias, and they have been lovely. Saffron has also produced nice, healthy crias. All three have given birth easily and there have been no health issues with any of them, and in my opinion, have a few more years left of producing more crias.

Apollo – We bred many of our females to Apollo before finally    purchasing him from Wakefield Alpacas about 4 years ago. Apollo’s on the small side, but he’s produced ribbon-winning crias for us, and also produced other crias that we haven’t taken to shows but are lovely. We have sent Apollo out as a stud service, and he’s a good, gentle breeder.
